Building the foundations of a new capital city

The Amaravati Capital City Programme Management Consultancy (PgMC) supports the delivery of one of India’s most ambitious greenfield capital city developments through an integrated programme management approach. Surbana Jurong India provides comprehensive programme management services to assist the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) in planning, coordinating and delivering critical urban infrastructure across multiple work packages.

SJ’s role encompasses project planning, programme governance, contract administration, engineering oversight, construction supervision support, quality assurance, schedule monitoring, risk management and stakeholder coordination. Working closely with government agencies, consultants and contractors, the team facilitates informed decision-making, proactive risk mitigation and efficient project execution while maintaining alignment with project objectives, timelines and quality standards.

The programme adopts international best practices in project controls, digital monitoring, reporting and governance to improve transparency, strengthen delivery performance and support effective management of complex infrastructure programmes.
