ENR is a trusted independent source of news and analysis for the global built environment industry, providing industry performance benchmarks through annual surveys and rankings of international companies engaged in engineering, architecture and environmental services and other specialties.

In ENR’s accompanying publication for the ranking, David Seel, Chief Operating Officer, Buildings + Cities, SJ Group, highlighted the key sectors driving SJ’s growth. He said,

“Aviation is one of our strongest growth drivers internationally. We have paired aviation planning, strategy and advisory with construction engineering, which gives us a combined offering few firms can match on large phased airport programs.”

One of SJ’s iconic projects, Changi Airport Terminal 5 (T5), was spotlighted in the ENR publication. T5 sets a new benchmark for large-scale airport infrastructure, exemplifying how thoughtful engineering, user-centric design and sustainability innovation can converge in a high-performance, futureproof facility. SJ Group is leading the engineering consortium for T5, while SAA Architects, an SJ company, is part of the architecture consortium undertaking the design.
